Job Description

Seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Health Information Management Specialist to join our team at The Rose Southeast!

This position primarily involves processing and loading outside images in cd format received via mail and requesting outside images for comparison and/or addendums. Pull and prepare patient images/records for pick up or mailing accurately and timely.

Answers incoming medical records calls and returns messages, along with other assignments as needed. Must be a multitasker and team oriented – cross training for all positions in HIM or medical records is required.

Required Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

  • A minimum of one year’s medical office experience in medical records or HIM department required.
  • Bilingual – English/Spanish preferred.

Required Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED
