Front Desk Floater

Seeking an energetic and enthusiastic front desk specialist to join our team. The candidates must present a courteous and professional image. This position greets patients and visitors, collects all necessary information needed at check-in and check-out, and helps patients and visitors with any questions that may arise. Serves as a backup for the call attendant and schedulers when assigned and provides translation services when needed. A high school diploma or equivalent and one or more years of medical office experience is required. Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are also required. Financial Accountant

Prepare financial statements with analysis on a monthly basis. Prepare reports for analysis as requested. Prepare statistical analysis on a monthly basis. Maintain Fixed Asset system. Manage the annual financial and 401k audits. Manage the annual budget. Prepare program budgets for Grants Management. Review and update Accounting Policies and Procedures. Review internal controls. Other projects as assigned. Back up for Accounts Payable and Payroll. Coordinate facility requests.

Requirements:
BS Degree in Finance or Accounting
Five (5) to seven (7) years experience.
Non-profit and/or healthcare experience preferred.

Grants and Compliance Manager

The Grants and Compliance Manager is responsible for developing strategies for grants and overseeing the development of materials and proposals to corporate foundations, foundations and governmental entities to secure financial resources for The Rose. This person will work closely with the Chief Development Officer to ensure that all grants accurately convey the mission and vision of The Rose; meet revenue goals, and to constantly evaluate ways to improve upon all grant proposals.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
A minimum of five to seven years’ experience related to managing, coordinating and writing grants.
Exceptional written and oral communications skills.
Personable presence, demeanor and desire to work face-to-face with donor prospects and advisors.
Strong grant writing skills.
Knowledge of the techniques and tools available for foundation and corporation research.
Ability to research prospects.
Full working knowledge of Raiser’s Edge and Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Initiates and has the ability to work independently.
Organized, energetic, flexible, detail-oriented and computer proficient.

Registered Ultrasound Technologist

Seeking a full-time registered ultrasound tech to join our team at The Rose Southeast located at 12700 N. Featherwood, Houston Texas. Requirements include a minimum of one-year breast ultrasound experience in a fast-paced Imaging Center and current registration as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS), breast ultrasound certification preferred or an America Registry of Radiologic Technologist with post-primary certification in breast sonography, and a current Healthcare Provider CPR certification. Community Engagement Navigator- Walker/Trinity/San Jacinto County

This position is responsible for engaging new community partners interested in providing breast health services to their clients, initiating program-promotion strategies and delivering outreach and education resources to both insured and uninsured women in the defined service area. The navigator will work out of their home and will provide services throughout the service area of Walker, Trinity, and San Jacinto County. A two year Associate’s Degree is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. At least one year of experience in education and outreach is required. Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and Access.
